We may collect usage and product data such as screens viewed, chart layouts, watchlists, selected instruments, timeframe preferences, bot overlay preferences, saved layouts, alert preferences, session activity, support interactions, diagnostics, performance data, and error logs.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide and operate Prism, authenticate users, manage subscriptions and entitlements, display charts and research overlays, monitor feed status, improve reliability, secure the service, detect abuse, provide support, and comply with legal, provider, App Store, and contractual obligations.

How We Share Information

We may share information with cloud hosting providers, database providers, authentication providers, app stores, payment processors, analytics or crash-reporting providers, customer-support tools, market-data providers where required, professional advisers, law enforcement, regulators, or a successor in connection with a business transaction.

We do not sell personal information in the ordinary meaning of selling it for money.

Financial Data Notice

Prism is a market research terminal. We do not intentionally collect member brokerage credentials, bank account credentials, or payment card numbers directly inside the app unless expressly stated in a separate integration flow.

Retention, Deletion, and Choices

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and protect security.

You may request account deletion or personal data deletion by contacting support@seeprismcharts.com. Some records may be retained where required or reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, or audit purposes.
