Terms of Service and End User License Agreement

EdgeLab is a market research and analytics platform. The service may provide charting, market-data status, bot-generated research overlays, alerts, data trust indicators, simulated or paper strategy information, saved layouts, and related analytical tools.

EdgeLab is not a broker, futures commission merchant, introducing broker, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, financial planner, tax adviser, legal adviser, bank, exchange, clearing firm, custodian, or money manager.

The service is provided for informational, educational, research, and analytical purposes only.

Nothing in EdgeLab is personalized financial advice, investment advice, commodity trading advice, tax advice, legal advice, accounting advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, enter, exit, or otherwise transact in any financial instrument.

Trading and investing involve risk. Futures, options, swaps, derivatives, securities, digital assets, forex, and leveraged products may involve a high degree of risk and may not be suitable for all users.

You may lose some or all of your capital, and in leveraged products losses may exceed the amount deposited with a broker. EdgeLab does not guarantee profits, prevent losses, or ensure any trading outcome.

Market data may be live, delayed, replayed, simulated, cached, incomplete, inaccurate, interrupted, or stale as labeled.

You are responsible for reviewing the displayed data mode and independently verifying information before relying on it. Market data may be subject to third-party provider, exchange, or licensing terms.

Bot outputs, research signals, chart overlays, confidence scores, invalidation levels, target levels, explanations, shadow PnL, replay events, paper strategy results, and hypothetical performance are research tools only.

They are not trade instructions or personalized recommendations. They may be wrong, delayed, stale, incomplete, simulated, or unsuitable for your circumstances.

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscription features may include premium chart tools, bot research overlays, saved layouts, feed trust tools, admin tools, or advanced analytics.

A subscription does not include brokerage services, trade execution, personalized advice, guaranteed outcomes, or market-data rights beyond what is expressly included.

If you download the app from Apple's App Store, these Terms are between you and EdgeLab, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the service, support, maintenance, claims, product liability, legal compliance, or intellectual property claims relating to the service, except as required by applicable App Store terms.

Your iOS app license is limited to a non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by Apple's usage rules.
