Subscription Terms
These Subscription Terms apply to paid Prism plans and subscription features.
Subscription Features
Prism View and Prism Lens include the features shown for each plan at checkout. Member plans do not include brokerage services, trade execution, personalized financial advice, or guaranteed outcomes.
Billing
Prism memberships are purchased through Prism's approved website checkout, not through in-app purchase. Billing, renewal, cancellation, taxes, and refund terms are shown at checkout or in your account settings.
Entitlement Sync
Access may depend on app store receipt validation, payment processor status, account status, and entitlement sync. If you believe your access is incorrect, contact support.
No Trading Guarantee
Subscriptions provide software access only. They do not guarantee profits, prevent losses, or ensure that any bot, signal, chart, or alert will be accurate or useful.
